    【摘要】? 目的? 分析陶瓷及金属球磨机三七超微粉碎前后显微结构及其有效成分变化。方法? 以中药三七为原料，利用陶瓷及金属球磨机进行超微粉碎，制备微米三七粉，并通过扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱等方法对其粒度、显微组织形态及其结构的表征进行研究。结果? 两种球磨机超微粉碎可使中药三七粒径达到1～5m，且粉碎后三七的主要成分稳定，未被破坏。结论? 两种球磨法可以对中药三七进行超微粉碎，微米化后三七有效成分保留，其中陶瓷球磨工艺最佳。
