    【摘要】? 痛风是一种嘌呤代谢障碍性疾病，目前尚无根治的方法。从中医角度阐述痛风的病因病机、辨证分型，并综述了具有中医特色的辨证施护、饮食护理、情志护理、并发症护理、健康教育等方面内容，以预防或减少痛风的复发。

    【Abstract】? Gout is a purine metabolic disorder， and there is no radical cure at present. This article expounds the etiology， pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of gout from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine， and summarizes the dialectical nursing， diet nursing， emotional nursing， complication nursing， health education and other aspects with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent or reduce the recurrence of gout.
