【摘要】 目的 调查老年高血压患者的心理韧性现状并分析影响患者心理韧性的因素，为开展老年高血压患者心理韧性干预提供参考依据。方法 于2021年7-12月，在上海市杨浦某社区中选取487位老年高血压患者作为调查对象，使用中文版心理韧性量表及家庭关怀度量表进行问卷调查，采用多元线性回归模型分析影响患者心理韧性的因素。结果 老年高血压患者心理韧性总分为67.20±16.72分。单因素分析显示，年龄、文化程度、职业、户籍、婚姻状况、月收入、最近一次血压结果、服药情况、身体状况对老年高血压患者心理韧性得分均有影响(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示，文化程度高、非未婚、按时服药、自觉身体状况良好及家庭功能高的老年高血压患者，心理韧性相对较高(P<0.05)。结论 老年高血压患者心理韧性水平处于中等偏上水平；文化程度、婚姻状况、服药情况、自觉身体状况、家庭功能是老年高血压患者心理韧性变的影响因素。
