子宫腺肌症上皮间质转化的研究进展

     【摘要】 子宫腺肌病是一种常见的妇科疾病,严重影响女性生育健康,其特征是子宫内膜异位至子宫肌层,导致疼痛和不孕。近年来,研究发现上皮-间质转化(EMT)在此病发生发展中起着关键作用。EMT是一个复杂的生物学过程,其中黏着斑激酶通过Hippo-YAP轴参与上皮间质转化,从而使得上皮细胞获得间质细胞特性,参与组织修复和肿瘤侵袭转移。在子宫腺肌症中,EMT可能导致细胞粘附性降低和侵袭能力增强,从而促进病灶形成和扩散。

    【Abstract】 Adenomyopathy is a common gynecological disease that seriously affects the reproductive health of women and is characterized by endometriosis into the myometrium, resulting in pain and infertility.
