【摘要】 目的 观察徒手拍打疗法联合妥布霉素滴眼液治疗睑腺炎的临床疗效。方法 以2021年6月- 2022年8月医院收治的脸腺炎患者15例为研究对象，给予徒手拍打疗法联合妥布霉素滴眼液治疗，观察患者肿块直径及消失时间、疼痛程度(VAS评分)、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗3d肿块直径小于治疗前的肿块直径，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗3d时VAS评分低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率为100%。治疗期间未出现明显不良反应。结论 徒手拍打疗法联合药物治疗睑腺炎可有效缩小肿块，缓解疼痛，疗效快捷、实用有效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of unarmed tapping therapy combined with tobramycin eye drops on blepharitis. Methods A total of 15 patients with facial adenitis admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were treated with unarmed tapping therapy combined with tobramycin eye drops.
