【摘要】" 目的" 观察分析双向质量反馈护理模式在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法" 选取2022年6月- 2024年4月医院收治的58例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，根据组间基线资料均衡可比原则分为对照组和观察组，每组各29例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用双向质量反馈护理模式，对比两组患者疾病知识掌握程度和不良事件总发生率。结果" 护理干预后，采用双向质量反馈护理模式的观察组患者疾病掌握程度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。观察组患者不良事件总发生率为3.45%，低于对照组的27.59%，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论" 双向质量反馈护理模式在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中的应用效果较好，可以提高患者疾病知识掌握程度，降低不良事件总发生率。
