【摘要】" 目的" 分析会厌逐瘀方穴位贴敷在急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者治疗中的临床效果。方法" 选取2023年1月- 12月医院收治的50例急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象，根据患者治疗意愿，并结合组间基线资料均衡可比原则分为对照组和观察组，每组各25例。对照组给予常规吞咽功能训练和电针治疗，观察组在此基础上实施会厌逐瘀方穴位贴敷治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果" 治疗前，两组患者洼田饮水试验(WST)和改良吞咽能力评价量表(MMASA)评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；治疗后，两组患者WST评分均降低、MMASA评分均升高，但观察组患者WST低于对照组、MMASA评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。两组患者治疗前生理功能、情感功能、生命活力以及自理能力等4个维度的生活质量评分差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；治疗后两组患者上述各维度生活质量评分均升高，但观察组患者各维度评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的70.83%，组间差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论" 会厌逐瘀方穴位贴敷在急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者治疗中的应用效果较好，能够改善患者的吞咽功能，提高患者生活质量。
