【摘要】" 目的" 探讨目标性镇痛镇静护理模式在重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法" 选择2024年1-12月医院收治的60例ICU机械通气患者为研究对象。按组间一般基线特征均衡可比的原则，采用抽签的方法分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施目标性镇痛镇静护理。比较两组患者镇痛镇静情况[Richmond躁动-镇静评分量表(RASS)和重症监护疼痛观察工具(CPOT)评分]、康复指标及护理满意度。结果" 护理干预后，两组患者RASS和CPOT评分均降低，但观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。观察组患者机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间和住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。观察组患者护理满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论" ICU机械通气患者应用目标性镇痛镇静护理模式实施护理，可以有效提升患者的镇静镇痛效果，加快康复进程，提高患者护理满意度。
