【摘要】" 目的" 了解本市2019-2023年小学生超重肥胖情况，为制定超重肥胖防控措施提供参考。方法" 以2019-2023年河北省学生常见病和健康影响因素监测项目中某市的一至六年级的小学生为调查对象。体格检查及超重肥胖判定标准按《学龄儿童青少年超重与肥胖筛查》进行判定。结果" 2019-2023年小学生超重检出率分别为13.43%、16.19%、15.60%、17.16%和14.56%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。2019-2023年小学生肥胖检出率分别为14.84%、19.70%、20.89%、22.37%和18.49%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)，呈增长趋势(P趋势lt;0.05)。2019-2023年肥胖检出率在男女生中、郊县中、四年级和六年级中均呈增长趋势(P趋势lt;0.05)。结论 河北省某市小学生超重检出率、肥胖检出率情况不容乐观，应重点关注，加强小学阶段超重肥胖防控工作。
