【摘要】" 目的" 探讨情志护理与穴位艾灸在胃脘痛患者中的临床治疗效果。方法" 选择2021年6月- 2023年12月医院收治的120例胃脘痛患者作为研究对象，根据性别、年龄、病程等基线资料组间匹配的原则，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各60例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上给予情志护理联合穴位艾灸。比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率和焦虑、抑郁水平。结果" 治疗后，观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为91.67%，高于对照组的78.33%，组间差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。治疗前，两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；治疗后，两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均下降，但观察组患者各项评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论" 情志护理联合穴位艾灸治疗胃脘痛患者的临床疗效较好，可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。
