    对比不同锁定加压钢板治疗老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折

    目的：对比可撑开锁定加压钢板、普通锁定加压钢板对老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法：此次将我院2016年1月-2016年12月收治的老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折患者依其治疗方式分组为：对照组用普通锁定加压钢板，观察组用可撑开锁定加压钢板；将两组患者的各项临床资料作回顾性分析。结果：观察组患者手术相关指标比对照组优、Dienst腕关节功能评估结果比对照组优，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：可撑开锁定加压钢板治疗老年骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折的临床效果显著，可最大程度恢复患者腕关节功能及桡骨长度，值得临床上广泛应用。

    Objective:To compare the efficacy of expandable locking compression plate and conventional locking compression plate in the treatment of osteoporotic distal radius fractures in the elderly.Methods:the patients of the treatment group in our hospital in January 2016 -2016 year in December from osteoporotic distal radius fractures in the elderly: the control group with ordinary locking compression plate, can open the locking compression plate with the observation group; the clinical data of the two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:the operative index of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, and the wrist joint function evaluation result of Dienst was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:the open locking compression plate is effective in the treatment of osteoporotic distal radius fractures in the elderly, and can restore the wrist function and radius of the wrist to the maximum extent.
