【摘 要】目的：分析呼吸护理对急性左心力衰竭患者预防院内呼吸道感染的护理效果。方法：研究阶段为2018年1月～2018年12月，共纳入16例急性左心力衰竭患者，随机分组，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组在常规护理基础上联合呼吸护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：对照组院内呼吸道感染发生率25.0%明显高于观察组未出现1例院内呼吸道感染，差异显著，P<0.05。观察组护理总满意率87.5%明显高于对照组50.0%，差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对急性左心力衰竭患者在常规护理基础上联合呼吸护理可减少院内呼吸道感染的发生，提高护理满意度，值得临床应用与推广。
