【摘 要】目的：比较分析常规护理与优质护理在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的临床效果。方法：选择我院2017年4月至2019年4月收治的60例小儿支气管肺炎患者作为研究对象。随机分为的I组和II组患儿分别实施常规护理和优质护理。比较分析两组患儿的支气管肺炎的治疗效果及肺功能恢复情况。结果：经治疗护理干预，II组患儿的临床体征消失时间、影像学检查恢复正常时间均短于I组患者(P<0.05)。II组患儿肺功能指标的改善幅度明显由于对照组，肺功能恢复情况更优(P<0.05)。结论：与常规护理干预相比，小儿支气管肺炎实施优质护理干预，能够更好地提高治疗效果，帮助患儿恢复肺功能，值得临床推广应用。
