人工智能辅助诊断尘肺病的现状及趋势
【摘要】" 尘肺是由于吸入无机矿物粉尘而引起的肺部纤维化疾病,尘肺病是我国最常见、危害最大的职业病之一。尘肺病的诊断很大程度上仍然取决于放射科医师和尘肺病诊断医师的经验,往往容易造成漏诊和误诊,也不利于人群的快速筛检。当下,人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术不断发展,逐步应用于医学领域,在远程会诊、影像学图像识别方面都显示出巨大的优越性。尘肺病是我国影响范围最广泛的职业病,严重损害劳动者的身体健康,当下我国尘肺病的诊断主要通过医师对X线胸片做出判断,诊断结果的准确性和稳定性无法保证,随着人工智能辅助诊断在尘肺病临床研究中越来越广泛,考虑可以将人工智能辅助诊断纳入国家标准,这在一定程度上可实现尘肺病的早期诊断,实现尘肺病患者早诊断早治疗的目的,提高患者生存质量,延长生存时长。【关键词】" 尘肺;人工智能辅助诊断;人工智能
