【摘要】" 目的" 观察电针配合雷火灸治疗寒湿凝滞型肩周炎的临床疗效。方法" 选取2018年7月- 2021年7月医院收治的90例寒湿凝滞型肩周炎患者，按照组间匹配的原则，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组45例。其中观察组脱落2例，对照组脱落3例，因此实际完成观察组43例、对照组42例。对照组采用电针治疗，观察组采用穴位电针加雷火灸治疗。对比两组患者的病情积分及临床治疗总有效率。结果" 观察组患者的临床疗效为95.4%，高于对照组的80.9%，但组间比较差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。治疗前，两组患者的病情积分比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；治疗后，两组患者病情积分均升高，但观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论" 电针配合雷火灸治疗寒湿凝滞型肩周炎患者，可促进患者症状体征的改善。
