【摘要】" 为提高医院疫情防控期间医务人员的排查效率，加强人员分类健康管理的实施，利用金山表单的平台设计各类排查表单，并根据疫情变化及管理要求适时进行优化调整表单内容。通过金山表单的使用，简化了排查的流程，有效地提高了排查的及时性，信息的可靠性，内容的灵活性，为人员的分类健康管理提供了有力的依据。金山表单为医院管理的信息化提供了有力支持。
