【摘要】 "当前老龄化问题日益加重，老年人的健康问题也越来越受重视。养老机构养老是应对人口老龄化，解决老年人养老的一个重要途径，但随着年龄的增长，养老机构中老年人睡眠和认知功能都有逐渐下降的趋势。通过相关文献分析，了解近年来养老机构老年人睡眠和认知功能的现状，探讨老年人睡眠与认知的关系，分析健康教育对养老机构老年人睡眠质量和认知功能的影响，为解决养老机构老年人睡眠及认识障碍等问题提供参考依据。
