【摘要】 "证-方相应是中医辩证论治理论的一个重要分支。结肠癌是我国高发的消化道肿瘤，历代医家对该病的病机、遣方用药著述颇丰。从证-方相应理论探讨经典古方的用药思路对中医药治疗结肠癌有重要的临床意义。归纳综合该病的中医病因、症状特征；分析湿热郁毒证-槐角丸、瘀毒内阻证-膈下逐瘀汤、脾肾双亏证-大补元煎、肝肾阴虚证-六味地黄丸四对证方关系及用药浅析，以期为结肠癌的中医临床治疗提供借鉴。
