【摘要】 "目的 "通过临床观察，探讨基于计划行为理论的阶段性护理对急性脑梗死患者康复依从性和功能恢复的影响。方法 "选取2020年10月- 2021年10月医院收治的80例急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者作为研究对象，根据组间基线资料均衡可比原则，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组患者予以常规护理，观察组患者予以基于计划理论的阶段性护理干预，两组患者均持续干预2月。比较两组患者干预后康复依从性与肢体功能恢复情况。结果 "护理干预前，两组患者的神经功能(NIHSS)、脑卒中功能锻炼依从性(EAQ)、肢体功能(FMA)、日常生活能力(ADL)等评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。护理干预后，两组患者的NIHSS评分均下降，EAQ、FMA、ADL评分均上升，但观察组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组，EAQ、FMA、ADL评分均高于对照组，组间比较差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论 "基于计划行为理论的阶段性护理可有效提高患者康复依从性，促进其功能恢复，提高患者生活自理能力。
