【摘要】 "医院科研管理部门在医院经营管理过程中起着重要作用，其主要职能是执行和贯彻落实国家医疗卫生技术管理规章制度，扎实稳步地开展医院科研工作，提高医院科研能力与水平。文章就医院科研管理中的理论依据与实践要点进行了宏观与微观两方面的论述，旨在推动医院科研高效开展，提高医院的科研水平和学术地位，为医学科学的发展和进步做出贡献。
