【摘要】 "目的 "探讨男护士职业现状，为男护士了解职业定位、规划和发展提供参考。方法 "2022年5-10月采用半结构式访谈法对某三甲医院30名在岗男护士深入访谈调查。结果 "男护士年龄为29.93±6.01岁，从事护理临床工作年限为8.03±5.62年。学历以本科、大专为主，其中本科占53%、大专占37%；职称分布以主管护师、护师为主，分别占53%、33%。职业现状现存的几个问题分别为4个主题：①自我剖析，职业定位与现实有一定的差距；②认识性别优势，在护理工作中扬长避短；③护理职业规划尚缺乏，目标不够明确；④期望提升职业内涵，打开职业规划通道。结论 "男护士应根据工作实际情况，关注职业发展新形势，做好自我定位和职业规划。
