【摘要】" 随着医疗技术的不断进步和人民生活水平的不断提高，医疗纠纷问题日益突出。为了更好地解决医疗纠纷，提高医疗服务质量，研究设计并实现了一套医疗纠纷处理系统。该系统基于现代信息技术，通过整合医疗数据和纠纷处理流程，实现了医患双方的信息共享和便捷的纠纷处理。论文介绍了系统的需求分析、设计方案、技术实现和系统测试等关键步骤，验证了该系统的有效性和实用性。

    【Abstract】" Objective" With the continuous progress of medical technology and the improvement of people's living standards， the problem of medical disputes has become increasingly prominent. In order to solve the medical dispute better and improve the quality of medical service， this paper designs and implements a set of medical dispute handling system. Based on modern information technology， the system realizes information sharing and convenient dispute handling between doctors and patients by integrating medical data and dispute handling process.
