【摘要】" 目的" 经腹超声联合经阴道超声对诊断子宫内膜癌敏感度的影响。方法" 选取2020年4月- 2023年4月医院收治的70例以手术病理切片为金标准诊断的子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象，均实施经腹超声、经阴道超声诊断，比较其敏感度。结果" 70例子宫内膜癌患者经腹超声诊断阳性44例，经阴道超声诊断阳性52例，联合诊断阳性67例，三种诊断技术的灵敏度分别为62.86%、74.29%、95.71%，组间差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)，其中联合诊断的灵敏度显著高于两种技术单独使用时的灵敏度。结论" 子宫内膜癌患者经腹超声联合经阴道超声诊断，可以大幅度提高诊断的敏感度。
