【摘要】" 健康产业的发展离不开中医养生学专业人才的参与，中医养生学专业人才培养只有结合我国健康产业的需要，才能得以长足发展。目前中医养生学专业人才培养存在培养方向不清晰、课程体系不完善、教学方式滞后、专业师资配备不足等问题。未来，中医养生学专业要想在健康产业发展进程中扮演更重要的角色，应把握社会人才需求动向，合理调整专业培养方向；构建校企互动的培养体系，完善协同育人机制；注重交叉型师资队伍建设，夯实人才培养的支撑；建立多元化评价机制，保障人才培养的质量。
