【摘要】" 目前大肠癌已成为我国发病率最高的消化道肿瘤，大多是由结直肠腺瘤(CRA)逐渐进展而成。CRA发病较隐匿，发展至进展期的时间周期较长。早期发现、早期诊断及早期切除CRA，可以有效降低大肠癌的发病率。因此，合理识别CRA患者的危险因素并进行有效预测具有重要意义。目前我国有关CRA的患病风险预测研究相对较少，且多采用传统统计学方法；近期采用新兴的机器学习算法有助于提高效果。通过对CRA患病的危险因素进行分析梳理，归纳国内外学者对CRA患病风险预测研究现状，为后续研究提供参考。
