    【摘要】" "胸外科老年患者围手术期神经认知功能障碍(PND)的发生与应激反应、炎症反应等因素有关。近年来研究表明，胸椎旁神经阻滞(TPVB)联合全身麻醉能有效减轻胸外手术引起的疼痛。此外，TPVB可减少全身麻醉药物的使用，从而减少全身麻醉相关并发症的发生，降低的PND发生率。现从PND的危险因素、评估与防治现状，以及TPVB的优点、在胸外科非心脏手术中的应用、TPVB联合全身麻醉对老年患者PND发生率的影响等方面进行综述。
