【摘要】" 骨科患者术后易发生深静脉血栓，具有较高的发生率及致残率，轻则会导致患者完全丧失劳动力，重则导致患者致残致死，严重威胁到患者的生命健康。目前国内外对骨科住院患者深静脉血栓护理研究取得了较大进展，对预防下肢深静脉血栓的发生有重要意义，通过对骨科住院患者深静脉血栓的影响因素及护理研究现状进行综述，为骨科住院患者防治深静脉血栓及术后康复提供新思路。

    【Abstract】" Venous thromboembolism includes pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis， which has a high incidence in orthopedic inpatients. VTE is the third largest vascular disease after stroke and acute coronary syndrome. It has a high disability rate and incidence. Orthopedic patients need to rest in bed after surgery， long-term bed rest will lead to venous blood flow retention， so that the venous wall and blood abnormalities， extremely easy to cause thrombosis. VTE is one of the more common vascular diseases at present. It is a serious threat to the life health of patients， even if it leads to the complete loss of labor force ......
