【摘要】" 护理专业产教融合是各医学院校发展的有效途径，也是培养满足护理专业应用型人才的关键之处。以国家产教融合的政策为指导，结合江西中医药大学创新人才培养模式，构建新的专业人才培养教育体系。以晨曦慈善志愿服务为例，探索志愿服务在大学文化建设、护理专业创新实践等创新性人才培养中的作用。
