    【摘要】" 目的" 深入了解农村老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者健康自我管理的体验，探讨其面临的问题及解决方案，为后续研究提供理论基础。方法" 选取2022年1-12月医院急诊中心救治的12例糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者为调查对象。采用访谈式质性研究方法进行面对面、半结构化访谈。采用Colaizzi七步分析法进行提炼分析主题。结果" 共提炼出3个主题与8个亚主题：认知行为矛盾(疾病危害认知受阻、健康促进内驱力不足)、医疗决策困难(医疗资源薄弱、就医决策障碍、就医体验不良)、社会支持缺失(自我管理行为消极、呼唤情亲照料、延伸服务需求)。结论" 目前农村老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者健康管理现状不佳，社会家庭支持缺失，健康自我管理对提升农村老年糖尿病患者生活质量具有积极意义，需采取有效方法促进农村老年糖尿病患者的健康管理能力。
