    【摘要】" 胰腺实性假乳头状瘤是在临床上较为少见的胰腺外分泌肿瘤，主要发病于女性，目前其首选的治疗方式为手术切除，但仍有部分患者出现术后复发，或者确诊时已经失去手术机会。通过对近年来不可切除的胰腺实性假乳头状瘤诊疗与预后进行系统综述，为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。

    【Abstract】" Solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas is a comparatively unusual exocrine tumor of the pancreas in clinical practice， mainly occurring in women. Currently， its preferred treatment is surgical resection， but some patients still experience postoperative recurrence or have lost the opportunity for surgery when diagnosed. The purpose of this article aims to systematically review the diagnosis， treatment and prognosis of unresectable solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas in recent years， hoping to be beneficial to clinical work.with the hope of benefiting clinical work.
