Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的研究进展
【摘要】" 急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)发病病因和机制复杂,病死率高居不下,目前尚无特效的治疗药物。最近研究发现,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在ALI/ARDS中具有重要作用,如可减轻炎症反应及氧化应激、调节凝血和纤溶系统、调控细胞凋亡及铁死亡,从而达到减轻肺损伤的目的。深入研究Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在ALI/ARDS发病机制中的作用,可为ALI/ARDS的临床治疗提供新方向和策略。【关键词】" Wnt/β-catenin信号通路;急性肺损伤;急性呼吸窘迫综合征
