【摘要】 "随着年龄的增长，机体的各项功能逐渐减退，且由于老年人的括约肌较松弛，更容易出现大小便失禁。老年人大小便失禁的患病率高、病程长且手术治疗恢复能力弱，这对患者的身心健康和生活质量产生了严重的负面影响，给家人带来了巨大的经济和心理压力。因此，总结失禁的流行病学、诊治现状以及护理相关研究，可为老年失禁相关领域的研究提供思路。
