【摘要】 "糖尿病健康教育是糖尿病治疗和管理的基础。为了提供更简便高效的健康教育模式，通过回顾近年来国内外相关文献，从常见的实施模式分析糖尿病健康教育模式的利弊，对比各种模式在解决现存问题中的优势及不足。分析表明，国内外各类型健康教育模式繁多、各有利弊，而我国尚未形成糖尿病健康教育的共识模式，因此需进一步探索一套符合我国国情的糖尿病个体化健康教育模式。
