【摘要】 "失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)是一种发生在特定条件下的皮肤炎症性疾病，临床表现为皮肤发红、有水疱、糜烂等。IAD在危重症患者中的发生率较高，危害较大，会延长患者住院时间，影响其康复进程，不仅给患者带来痛苦，也会增加家庭的经济负担。因此，在临床上对IAD的护理是一个非常重要的环节。现结合集束化护理模式相应的护理流程，分析集束化护理在IAD患者中应用效果，以为IAD患者的集束化护理提供参考。
