【摘要】" 偏瘫肩痛是脑卒中患者常见的临床表现，常常影响偏瘫患者患侧的运动功能，也给偏瘫患者患侧的恢复带来了阻碍，同时降低了患者的生活质量及日常生活能力。对于偏瘫患者肩痛的康复治疗，临床上多采用综合的治疗方法，目前国内对于治疗偏瘫肩痛开展了大量的临床研究，尤其对体外冲击波的治疗是近些年研究的重点。通过对偏瘫肩痛发病机制以及体外冲击波穴位促通治疗偏瘫患者患侧肩痛的研究进展进行综述，以期为临床治疗偏瘫肩痛提供参考。
