【摘要】" 目的" 探讨梅州市2～6岁儿童孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)影响因素。方法" 选取2022年4月- 2024年5月医院首次确诊为ASD的儿童74例作为ASD组(病例组)，选取同时期在医院进行健康体检的2～6岁健康儿童92例作为对照组。通过电子病历系统及问卷调查获取患儿一般基线资料，采用Logistic回归分析儿童ASD的影响因素。结果" 单因素分析结果显示，性别、年龄、母亲年龄、父亲年龄、母乳喂养、电子屏使用时间、母亲文化程度、居住地、是否与父母居住、父母外出务工、家庭月收入等均是儿童ASD影响因素，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示，年龄、母亲年龄、父亲年龄、非母乳喂养、母亲文化程度、家庭月收入均为2～6岁儿童发生ASD的影响因素(Plt;0.05)。结论" 儿童年龄、母亲年龄、父亲年龄、母亲文化程度、家庭月收入等因素均为2～6岁儿童发生ASD的影响因素；母乳喂养为2～6岁儿童发生ASD的保护因素。
