【摘要】" 目的" 分析日间病房增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy，PDR)患者的生活质量现状及其影响因素。方法" 选取2023年1-12月在兰州大学第二医院眼科确诊为PDR具有手术指征的患者92例为调查对象。采用生活质量量表和糖尿病自我管理能力量表进行问卷调查。分析PDR患者生活质量现状及其影响因素。结果" 患者生活质量总评分为90.30±21.76分，症状与视功能评分为37.63±10.96分，身体机能评分为19.59±12.17分，社会活动评分为15.22±8.70分，精神心理方面评分为17.84±5.61分。单因素分析结果显示，性别、是否合并其他疾病及视力下降时间对PDR患者的生活质量评分均无影响(Pgt;0.05)；婚姻状况、收入情况、医保类型、视力水平、年龄、文化程度、糖尿病病程、自我管理能力对PDR患者的生活质量评分均有影响(Plt;0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示，视力水平、糖尿病病程、自我管理能力是PDR患者生活质量的影响因素(Plt;0.05)。结论" 日间病房PDR患者的生存质量较差，影响PDR患者生活质量的因素为视力水平、糖尿病病程及自我管理能力。

    【Abstract】" Objective To investigate the quality of life and the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy in day ward. Methods" Ninety-two patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (DR) who were diagnosed in the Department of Ophthalmology of the Second Hospital Lanzhou University from January to December 2023 and had indications for surgery were selected as the subjects of the study.
