    【Abstract】Objective To explore the efect ofrefined nursing inpatients withdiabetes melitus complicated with functional dyspepsia.MethodsNinetypatients withdiabetesmelituscomplicatedwithfunctionaldyspepsiatreated inour hospital from May 2022 to May 2O23 were selected as research.According to the principle of balanced baseline data between groups， they weredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccording totherandomized numericaltablemethod，with45cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was given refined nursing on the basis of the control group.Bothgroups werecontinuouslyintervened for 4 weeks.complianceof thetwo groupsofpatients withtreatment， thescoreofdyspepsiasymptoms，televelofglycometabolicindicatorsandthesatisfactionofnursing werecompared.Results After nursing intervention ......
