    【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplore theapplication effectofstandardized posture management inendotracheal intubationunder intravenousanesthesiaduringendoscopicretrogradecholangiopancreatography(ERCP)MethodsAtotalof7Opatientswho underwent ERCPwith endotracheal intubation anesthesia inour hospital from July 2023 to August 2024 were selected as theresearch objects.They were divided intoacontrol groupandanobservation group acording to the principleof matching genderand age between groups，with 35 cases in each group，using arandom number table method.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group implemented standardized posture management on the basis of routine nursing. Thetimeof preoperativeposture placement，thesucessrateofone-time intubation，theincidenceofposture-relatedadverse reactions during the operation，and the satisfaction of medical and nursing teams were compared between the two groups.
