    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of targeted nursing in thyroid cancer surgery patients during the perioperative period.MethodsAtotalof162 thyroid cancersurgerypatients admited tothe hospital from August203 to May2024 wereselected.Basedonbaancedbaselinecharacteristics(gender，age，BMI，etc.)，theywereradomlydividedinto a control group (routine nursing， n=81 )and an observation group (targeted nursing， n=81 ). Comparisonswere made between the twogroupsregardingnegativeemotions，surgery-relatedindicators，complicationrates，painlevels，ursingsatisaction， and shoulder-neck functional recovery.
