    【Abstract】 Glycine air polishing，a novel method of plaque removal which is low-abrasive and causes the smallest damage，hasmanyadvantagessuchassafe，eficienttime-savingandcomfortable.Therefore，itiswidelyusedinsubgingival debridement，implant surface decontaminationand plaquecontrolduring theorthodontic treatment.This paper aims toreview theclinical application status and application prospects of glycine air polishing in the treatment of oral diseases.

    菌斑清除控制是口腔疾病治疗关键。喷砂作为新型菌斑控制方式，能高效清除牙齿表面菌斑生物膜、增加表面光滑度、减缓菌斑沉积，但因不溶于水且生物安全性认知不足，临床应用较少[1-2]。碳酸氢钠砂粉虽可安全高效清除牙釉质表面菌斑色素，但用于牙根面或种植体表面会造成明显损伤[3]，在龈下治疗中受限。随着研究深入，基于甘氨酸的低磨耗性砂粉于2003年用于临床。甘氨酸喷砂可深入龈下，到达根分叉区、深牙周袋等传统器械难以触及的部位，且对牙齿软硬组织、种植体表面损伤小，在牙周病、种植体周围病等治疗中，被视为清除菌斑的理想方法[4-5]。鉴于其优势，甘氨酸喷砂在口腔治疗中的应用前景广阔。因此，本文综述了甘氨酸喷砂在口腔治疗中的临床应用现状及前景。
