    【Abstract】Objective To explore the efects of dual-track interactive nursing combined with moderate aerobic exercise onbloodpressure，treatmentadherence，qualityoflife，negativeemotions，andnursingsatisfactioninelderlypatientswith hypertension. Methods A total of 96 elderly hypertensive patients treated at the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from June2023 to June2024 were enroled.Based on balanced baselinecharacteristics，they were randomly divided into a control group (n=48) )andanobservation group (n=48) )usingarandom number table.The control groupreceived routine blood pressure monitoring，medication management，and health education.The observation group aditioally received dual-track interactive nursing (horizontal treatment evaluation and longitudinal psychological intervention)andmoderateaerobicexerise(ogging ......
