    【Abstract】Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention strategy in the prevention and managementofconstipation in stroke patients.MethodsEightypatients with severe strokeadmited totheICUof the emergency department from Januaryto May 2024 were selected as research objects.The patients were numbered according totheorderofadmision，andthen dividedintothecontrolgroupandtheobservation groupaccording totheodandeven numbers of the number with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention，and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The degree of constipation and defec were compared between the two groups of patients.ResultsThere Was no significant diference in the scores ofthe 4dimensions of constipationdegree (CSS)includingabdominaldistension，defecation ......
