    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of group narative nursing management in nursing interns in the intensivecareunit (ICU)of thoracic and cardiac surgery.Methods Sixty nursing inters from the thoracic and cardiac surgery ICU who workedattheFirstPeople's Hospitalof Neijiang CityfromJulytoDecember 2024wereselectedastheresearch subjects.Onthe basisof balanced andcomparable baseline data such asgenderageand internship periodbetween twogroups ofstudents，theyweredivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupaccording tothedoublecolorballmethod，with30 cases in each group.The control groupadopts conventional management，while the observation group adopts group narrative nursing management.Comparethesatisfaction levels of two groups of teachersand students，as wellas their levels of alarm fatigue，psychological stressandnegativeemotions.ResultsAfterthenursing wascompleted，thesatisfactionscoresofthe teaching staffand students in the observation group were higher thanthose in thecontrol group，whilethe students'alarm fatigue scores were lower than those in the control group ......
