【摘 要】 目的为了解褐藻酸性多糖(acidic polysaccharides of algae,APA)在疗养康复医学中的医疗价值。方法了解APA的结构、理化特性和安全性及在胃肠道的作用机制。结果 APA在干预脂代谢和纠正高脂血症中有一定功效。结论 APA在疗养康复医学中有应用和开发价值。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the medical value of acidic polysaccharides of algae (APA) in recuperation rehabilitation medicine.MethodsThe structure,the physical and chemical properties and safety as well as the gastrointestinal effect mechanism were investigated.ResultsAPA was effective in intervention of liquid metabolism and treatment of the hyperlipoidemia.ConclusionAPA is useful and worth developing in the recuperation medicine.
