【摘要】报道了12例经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术患者的护理。通过加强术前心理支持、健康宣教;术中器械护士密切配合医生手术步骤,巡回护士严密观察患者病情变化;术后加强骨水泥注射后护理,做好骨水泥外漏并发症如神经根痛、脊髓受压的积极预防与护理;有效解除了患者的病痛,提高了生活质量。因此认为良好的护理对手术成功和术后康复具有重要作用。

    【Abstract】 The authors reported the peri- operative nursing experience of12patients with vertebral compression fracture treated with Kyphon percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty. With the preoperative health education and mental nursing,the satisfactory nurse- surgeon cooperation and symptoms recognition during the operation,and the active nursing care in prevention of the complications after the injection of the poly methyl methacrylate cement,the painful symptoms of all the patients were released and the quality of life was enhanced. Therefore,the proper peri- operative nursing was essential to successful operation and postoperative recovery. ......
