【摘 要】 目的：对不同来源的金银花类药材的抗菌活性进行研究，比较金银花和山银花的活性，根据研究结果为临床用药和原料生产提供实验依据。方法：测定不同来源对不同菌种MIC50。结果：抗菌活性：山银花>金银花。

【Abstract】 Objective： Provides experimental evidence in vitro antimicrobial therapy for honeysuckle herbs in clinical use.Merhods： The bioactive constituents of Flos Lonicerae and Flos Lonicerae Japonicae extracts was researched as the breakthrough point by agar dilution method in vitro studies.Conclusion： The same source to the same strain ofantibacterial activity of different strains of significant differences. Antibacterial activity of herbal extract difference of different sources on the same strain is also very obvious.
