【摘 要】 目的：探讨社区护理干预在高血压患者血压控制中的作用。方法：将社区内80例原发性高血压患者作为观察对象，进行护理干预，评价护理干预1年后，患者的血压控制情况。结果：护理干预后，患者用药依从性高于护理干预前(p<0.05)，吸烟、血胆固醇、腹型肥胖等危险因素明显减少(P<0.05)；护理干预后，血压控制情况明显好转，优于干预前(P<0.05)。结论：护理干预可提高血压控制依从性，改善高血压患者血压状况。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of community nursing care intervention in blood pressure control of hypertension patients. Methods The 80 cases of hypertension were collected from our community， we compared the results of compliance， risk factors and blood pressure status after 1 years' intervention.
