【摘 要】 近年来，随着伤口湿润环境愈合理论与湿性治疗方法的应用，不但缩短了患者伤口的愈合时间，使患者的住院时间有所缩短，而且减少和避免了换药对患者造成的伤害和痛苦，使患者对医院的治疗的满意度大幅度提高。现本文结合大量文献资料，对伤口湿润环境愈合理论、伤口湿润性愈合环境的优点、湿性治疗、敷料的选择、伤口局部用药进行了简要总结，以期为临床实践提供参考依据。
