【摘 要】 目的 探讨痛点封闭加药饼灸治疗跟痛症的效果。方法 选取我科跟痛症患者56例，对其采用痛点封闭加药饼灸加以治疗，评价治疗效果。结果 本组病例治疗效果最短6天，最长1个月。56例患者中，治愈38例，显效18例。结论 采用痛点封闭加药饼灸治疗跟痛症治疗效果明显，不良反应少，值得广泛应用。
